    Propaganda Update

    Propaganda has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in the Central District of California. The Minnesota Film and TV Board, in an attempt to help Minnesota crew and vendors collect the money they are owed, has gathered invoices and is monitoring the case in the United States Bankruptcy Court.

    A creditors meeting has been scheduled for 9:00 am, April 11, 2002 at the U.S. Trustee's Office, 221 North Figueroa Street, Suite 103, Los Angeles, CA 90012. At this meeting, we will find out how much money Propaganda has, and how much they owe. Representatives from the Film/TV Board will attend this meeting. You do not need to be present, however:

    To be considered as a creditor in this case, you must fill out a Proof of Claim form* and send it to:

    Note: The Minnesota Film and TV Board HAS NOT filed a Proof of Claim relating to your claim. Please do not check the box indicating this.
    Complete the entire form, and send 2 copies of the form and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address. One copy will be returned to you to confirm that the Court has received your form. No deadline has been set yet for receiving the Proof of Claim form, but please get it in a soon as possible.

    Please forward a copy of the form to the Film/TV Board by 5:00pm, April 10 for our records.
