During the winter and spring of 2003, production crew was hired for a film called GHOST IN MINNEAPOLIS. The production folded in April and the crew was never paid.

The producers of the project, Ron and Thurl Belfry, are expecting to hire a new crew for their project without paying the former crew. The Minnesota Film & TV Board does not support these producers and are working to help the crew that has not been paid. We recommend that our community proceed with caution in dealing with these individuals.
